OUR HELPING HANDS.
CAMILLUS MEDHAVEN.
Camillus MedHaven serves as the base of operations for the program. Originally the St. Camillus Home of Charity, Camillus MedHaven used to house and care for these handicapped children. However, faced with difficulties in financing its continued operations, the members or the Order of St. Camillus decided to offer the shelter and health care services to paying retired and infirmed elderly.
The Order then ventured into a program-based community development-oriented intervention to address the needs of disabled children of impoverished families. A part of the income of Camillus MedHaven also funds the project.
